Be a Part of the Movement

This movement is growing, and we need every voice, skillset, and ounce of courage we can get. Whether you have five minutes or want to help build this full-time, there's a place for you here.

1. Stay Connected

  • Sign up for the CRR newsletter for updates on reform efforts, new posts, media coverage, and ways to take action.

  • Follow us on TikTok and Instagram and help amplify the message by sharing and commenting.

2. Share Your Story

Have you experienced mistreatment during training? You can submit your story anonymously. We may feature these stories on the site (with your permission) to expose what's really happening inside residency programs. Your story could inspire others to speak up and could be a catalyst for change.

3. Help Us Build

We're looking for volunteers to help with:

  • Legal research

  • Social media outreach

  • Data analysis

  • Writing & Editing

  • Web development

Fill out the contact form if you want to help behind the scenes.

4. Spread the Word

The broken system depends on silence. The more we discuss what's happening, the more difficult it becomes to ignore.

  • Please share our posts with your co-residents & med students

  • Spread the word on social media and at your program

5. Pressure Institutions

Do you know someone in the media? GME leadership? Public health advocacy? We're building a coalition and welcoming allies inside and outside of medicine. Let's work together to push for real accountability and legislative change.

6. Advocate at Your Own Program

  • Movements are built by individuals, each day, one act of courage at a time.

  • You can push for change right where you are.

  • Speak up when you or your co-residents are mistreated.

  • Back up co-residents who are being silenced, pressured, or retaliated against.

  • Bring up policy gaps at GME meetings, town halls, or with leadership; even when it's uncomfortable.

  • Ask questions about why unsafe or illegal practices are allowed to continue.

  • You don't have to lead a protest. But you can advocate for fair treatment, both for yourself and the people around you, in a way that's professional and principled.

  • CRR is here to support you when you do.
